Sales & Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, we are seeking an experienced Sales & Operations Manager for a transportation and heavy equipment rental company serving the Oil & Gas, construction, industrial, and infrastructure sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new business opportunities within the Oil & Gas, construction, and industrial sectors.
• Promote transport, trucking, and heavy equipment rental services to new and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, EPC contractors, subcontractors, and major industrial clients.
• Develop pricing strategies and prepare quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals.
• Negotiate contracts and close rental agreements.
• Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Oversee machinery and vehicle mobilization to project sites.
• Coordinate transport operations, fleet utilization, and equipment deployment.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development plans.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of UAE experience in Oil & Gas, transport, heavy equipment rental, or construction services.
• Strong knowledge of transport logistics and heavy equipment rental operations.
• Existing network within ADNOC, EPC contractors, and Oil & Gas companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in pricing, tenders, quotations, and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing machinery mobilization and customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• UAE Driving License preferred.

Working Hours

• Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Friday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

Salary: AED 15,000 - AED 18,000 per month (depending on experience).
