UDTN is a fast-growing B2B travel distribution start-up offering a comprehensive marketplace of global hotels, ancillary services, and offline products (groups and special requests). Powered by Juniper technology, our platform provides real-time access to inventory and will expand from a retail web solution into advanced API distribution.
We are hiring a Sales Operations Manager to build, optimize, and scale the operational engine behind our commercial performance.
Role Overview
The Sales Operations Manager will establish and manage the processes, systems, and data that support our sales organization. The role ensures a frictionless, data-driven experience across sales enablement, CRM management, customer acquisition/retention, analytics, and cross-functional alignment. You will support the launch and optimization of our retail web solution, prepare for API integrations, and manage operational flows for offline groups and special requests.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Operations & Process Optimization
Build scalable sales processes for retail web sales and future API integrations.
Work with tech/product teams to optimize Juniper parameters, markups, and booking flows.
Monitor system performance and partner behavior to identify friction points.
Create and maintain SOPs for onboarding, pricing, credit flows, escalations, and service models.
Manage forecasting, pipeline processes, and performance dashboards.
2. CRM & Data Management
Own CRM configuration, data hygiene, segmentation, and deal tracking.
Produce reporting on acquisition, performance, churn risk, and engagement.
Develop dashboards and KPIs to support leadership visibility.
3. Customer Acquisition, Enablement & Retention
Equip sales with materials, training, and performance insights.
Build onboarding workflows for web and API partners.
Implement retention/engagement touchpoints and reactivation triggers.
Monitor usage and drive optimization initiatives.
4. Marketing Coordination
Align sales with marketing on campaigns, product pushes, promotions, and content.
Support lead-generation strategies across web, events, and email.
Ensure consistent messaging and documentation.
5. Loyalty Program Management
Manage the B2B Loyalty Program setup, rules, points issuance/redemption, and reporting.
Collaborate on tier design, incentives, and promotions.
Track performance and provide ROI analysis.
6. Customer Support & Service Optimization
Align with support teams on SLAs, booking support, and escalation processes.
Identify systemic issues affecting satisfaction and conversions.
Lead cross-functional improvements to communication and service models.
7. Offline Groups & Special Requests
Define and manage processes for group bookings and tailored requests.
Support tracking, reporting, and pricing coordination.
Work with product and suppliers to improve efficiency and conversion.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
4+ years in Sales/Commercial/Revenue Operations in travel or related B2B sectors.
Strong knowledge of travel distribution systems; Juniper experience is a MUST.
Understanding of B2B travel flows (FIT, retail, API, groups, special requests).
Strong analytical ability, dashboard building, and KPI development.
CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced start-up.
Preferred
Experience with B2B loyalty or rewards programs.
Familiarity with API-based travel integrations and documentation.
Experience with global suppliers, DMCs, and wholesalers.
