Job Description

Role Purpose:

This position is responsible for managing unit reservations, payment plans, inventory tracking, and broker claims while maintaining accurate data in the CRM system. The role acts as a bridge between sales, finance, and other departments to streamline workflows, support informed decision-making, and enhance the overall customer and broker experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the unit reservation process, ensuring accurate and timely entry of reservations into the Salesforce system, while coordinating closely with the sales team to prevent discrepancies.
  • Review standard and customized payment plans for clients, and create Net Present Value (NPV) payment plans as needed. Ensure accuracy and alignment of all payment structures with company policies and financial models.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of available units across all projects. Ensure real-time tracking of inventory status, and provide timely updates to the sales and marketing teams.
  • Create, process, and manage broker claim requests, ensuring timely verification, approval, and resolution in coordination with finance and legal teams. Maintain transparency and accuracy in claim reporting.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance within the Salesforce CRM, supporting sales operations with system updates, reporting, and user support.
  • Generate sales, inventory, and broker claim reports for management, offering insights to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, legal, and marketing departments to support seamless transaction flow and high-quality customer experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Very good command of English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data analysis).
  • Preferred 2 to 5 years of experience in sales operations, administration, or a related roleideally in the real estate industry.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.
