Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct One-to-one sessions with new students
• Use the flower of service approach to promote and sell DFA services to potential students in
person and over the phone
• Enroll the needed number of students into incomplete groups or level
• Record Students information on the DFA portal
• Coordinate online placement test and sending the test results to the Logistic
• Respond to incoming calls from the DFA Hotline, providing students with the necessary
information, redirecting calls when needed and updating activities on the portal
• Ensure timely receipt of course fees from students
• Take responsibility for petty cash, if required
• Generate sales leads that convert into new customers
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication
• Do Follow up and absent calls
• Meet team's sales targets
• Act as the primary contact for Escalations
• Support in Orientation, Feedback collection, confirmation, cancellation, surveys, and
rescheduling.
Job Qualifications :
-Experience 0:2 years in the same position.
-Experience in sales or telesales or customer service.
-Graduates or undergraduate with no attendance.
-Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-Ability to work on-site from 1pm to 10pm.
