Job Title. Sales Operations Specialist

Location. Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the Role

Interpay is hiring a Sales Operations Specialistto support the commercial team with structured reporting, clear processes, and effective coordination between sales, onboarding, operations, and IT.

The role ensures accurate sales data, manages documentation flow, supports pipeline reviews, and tracks the progress of deals from initial commitment to activation.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Operations

  • Monitor sales performance by product, channel, and salesperson.
  • Maintain accurate sales data and follow up with the sales team on missing or inconsistent information.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly KPI reports and performance summaries.
  • Track pipeline status, deal stages, and risk indicators.
  • Maintain a central library of sales presentations, proposals, and commercial templates.
  • Ensure sales materials use the latest approved content, structure, and branding.
  • Prepare commercial agreements and coordinate the required internal and external signatures from relevant stakeholders until completion.
  • Maintain an organized and secure archive of executed agreements and related approvals.
  • Maintain the checklist of required documents for merchant onboarding and confirm completion before handover.
  • Track sales activities, including meetings, follow-ups, and progress indicators, through CRM reports.

Cross Department Coordination

  • Support smooth handover of deals between sales, onboarding, operations, and IT.
  • Monitor the flow of each deal and confirm all required documents are included before onboarding receives the case.
  • Track activation progress and follow up on blockers with relevant teams.
  • Share status updates with the Chief Business Officer and the commercial team.

Reporting and Reviews

  • Use predefined CRM views and reports to support weekly and monthly sales reviews.
  • Prepare clear summaries and presentation material for internal and external meetings.
  • Run periodic data accuracy checks and notify relevant team members of any inconsistencies.

Process and Documentation Control

  • Maintain updated documentation for sales processes, handover steps, and commercial workflows.
  • Coordinate internal commercial meetings, prepare agendas, and track resulting action items.
  • Distribute updated sales assets, product sheets, and pricing documents to the sales team.
  • Track go-live dates for new merchants and prepare activation summaries for management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, commercial coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong Excel skills for analysis and reporting.
  • Strong PowerPoint skills for preparing presentations and summaries.
  • Experience using CRM systems as part of daily work.
  • Clear written and spoken English and Arabic.
  • High attention to detail and reliability with deadlines.
  • Knowledge of payments, merchant onboarding, or fintech is an advantage.
