Job Purpose:
This role is responsible for managing sales operations processes at M squared, maintaining accurate data and reporting, coordinating between internal departments, and supporting the sales team to achieve business targets and enhance overall operational efficiency.
Job Description:
Reservations:
- Oversee the unit reservation process, ensuring accurate and timely entry into the sales force system.
Payment plan:
- Review payment plans and create NPV payment plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
Inventory:
- Maintain accurate records of available units, ensuring up-to-date inventory tracking.
Broker Claims:
- Create and manage broker claim requests, ensuring timely processing and resolution of any claims submitted by brokers.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and pipeline progress.
- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably in real estate developer.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
