We are looking for a talented Sales Operations Specialist for our Dubai office. In this role, you will track sales performance and prepare Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations to support business decisions.
You will work closely with Key Account Managers to support commercial activities and help drive effective sales execution.
How You Will Make An Impact:
- Prepare and analyze sales reports and performance dashboards, ensuring data accuracy and providing management summaries.
- Create PowerPoint presentations and management decks to communicate sales achievements and business updates.
- Support Key Account Managers with daily commercial activities, including quotations, deal documentation, and program tracking.
- Coordinate program and deal activities, track promotions, manage documentation, and facilitate internal approvals and follow-ups.
- Provide administrative and operational support, maintain organized records, update systems, and assist with meeting coordination and workflow improvements.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in sales operations, commercial support, business analytics, or reporting roles.
- Strong Excel skills (data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) to translate data into insights.
- Confident PowerPoint and storytelling skills to present data clearly and support business decisions.
- Understanding of B2B sales operations or commercial processes.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and support strategic decisions.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Korean is an advantage.
