Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Specialist to drive business growth and ensure seamless operational execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating project timelines, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development
  • Generate new business through client outreach, networking, and lead conversion.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product pitches.
  • Develop pricing proposals and negotiate contracts in line with company targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Operations & Coordination
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and site staff to ensure timely delivery and execution.
  • Manage order processing, inventory levels, and project timelines.
  • Monitor quality control and resolve any operational or customer service issues proactively.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and operational efficiency.
Team & Client Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between sales, technical, and logistics departments.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by aligning operations with service level agreements.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 35 years of experience in sales and operationspreferably in the interior fit-out, construction, or surface solutions industry.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows and project coordination.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • UAE driving license preferred.
