Job Description

Test Drive Preparation:
  • Assist in preparing vehicles for test drives, including warming up the vehicle, and offering refreshments for customers.
Customer Vehicle Evaluation Support:
  • Assist in the documentation process of customer vehicle evaluations to ensure seamless processing.
Offer Creation & Contract Management:
  • Support the creation of sales offers and the finalization of contracts.
  • Handle administrative work related to customer vehicle trade-ins.
Documentation Handling:
  • Ensure proper completion and signing of required documents, including privacy policies and other legal documentation.
Administrative Handover:
  • Organize and support the handover process of sold vehicles, ensuring all administrative steps are completed.
Customer Follow-Up:
  • Conduct follow-ups on sales leads through online and offline channels to support the sales process and customer retention.
CRM Management:
  • Update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring information accuracy and integration from multiple sources.
Sales Team Support:
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to Sales Consultants, including preparing sales files and documentation.
Porsche Drive Administrative Processes:
  • Execute all tasks related to Porsche Drive services, ensuring adherence to Porsche Drive Handbook policies.
Porsche Pro Support:
  • Collaborate with the Porsche Pro to ensure a premium customer experience across all touchpoints.
Appointment Management:
  • Assist in scheduling test drives, consultations, and customer visits, ensuring an efficient appointment process.

Requirements

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university.

  • Additional certifications in CRM systems, Sales Operations, or Automotive Sales Management are considered a plus.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, administrative support, or customer service, preferably in the automotive or luxury retail sectors.

  • Hands-on experience with contract handling, offer preparation, and sales documentation.

  • Familiarity with vehicle registration, delivery procedures, or test drive processes is an advantage.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong command of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, or other automotive dealer management systems.

  • Ability to manage sales documentation workflows, organize files, and maintain accurate digital records.

  • Understanding of automotive administrative cycles, including invoicing, vehicle handover, and customer documentation.


Sales Coordination & Support Skills:

  • Capable of coordinating with internal teams including Sales Consultants, Porsche Pro, and after-sales departments.

  • Experience in scheduling and managing test drive appointments, customer follow-ups, and showroom logistics.

  • Ability to monitor the status of leads, update sales pipelines, and ensure timely customer communication.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.

  • Professional appearance and behavior consistent with Porsche brand values.

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

  • Strong sense of ownership, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive customer and company data.
