Overall Purpose of the Job:

The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is responsible for managing the validation of customer data, managing deal statuses, and ensuring the accuracy of sales operations activities related to sales team and developers. This role involves coordinating communication between various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with incentive schemes, and maintaining accurate records of transactions and customer information.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Validate customer data on the TCR, including customer information, payment plans, and other relevant details to ensure accuracy.

2. Help Follow up with sales teams to update deal statuses (e.g., cancelled, reserved, contracted).

3. Monitor that all deals are captured and recorded in the system.

4. Assist in reviewing incentives, comparing them against the incentive scheme status, contracts, and down payment fulfillment.

5. Assist in Review required documents and paperwork completed by program users regarding deals, reporting any missing data or discrepancies.

6. Help Follow up regarding program users and developers commissions, ensuring timely collection and reconciliation.

7. Assist in Proceeding with the program users commissions.

8. Align with developers during unit launches, confirming the units to be launched based on TAI's agreed-upon quota.

Educational background, Skills, and Experience required:

Minimum of 3-4 years of experience with a proven success record preferably in real estate developer.

Experienced in creating sales reports: daily Sales reports and sales rankings

Professional in data analysis and dashboards creation

Experienced in legal papers for brokers

High communication skills as he will be the center point of communication with the other supporting functions.

Ability to multitask, prioritize work effectively, and manage stakeholders expectations.

Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
