Job Description

As a Sales Operations Supervisor, you will support the commercial team by providing insights, tools, and processes that drive sales efficiency, performance, and strategic decision-making. You will work cross-functionally to optimize sales performance, monitor KPIs, manage CRM systems, and ensure smooth execution of trade promotions and route-to-market plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities across regions, SKUs, and channels.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel, SQL & SalesBuzz).
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain to align demand forecasts and promotional planning.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance against KPIs; provide variance analysis and action-oriented insights.
  • Support CRM system administration and data quality management.
  • Assist in planning and tracking trade promotions, pricing execution, and retail performance.
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis for key business questions (e.g., territory coverage, outlet segmentation, etc.).
  • Streamline and document sales processes and tools to improve productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a sales operations, commercial planning, or analytical role within FMCG.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or other ERP/CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Previous experience in Asset Management.
