- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products (frames, lenses, CL, sunglasses).
- Drive conversion, upselling, Cross-selling and promotions execution.
- Achieving his individual sales targets and supporting store performance
- Deliver a professional end-to-end customer journey.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Build customer loyalty and long-term relationships.
- Read and interpret prescriptions accurately.
- Perform contact lenses fitting as per standards.
- Ensure correct dispensing and product selection.
- Process transactions accurately through POS system.
- Handle insurance approvals and invoicing (Wassel / NPHIES).
- Ensure full compliance with policies (no manual errors).
- Maintain stock accuracy and product safety.
- Report shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across categories.
- Verify prescription, lens specs, and frame alignment.
- Ensure no defects and full match with customer order.
- Deliver zero-error orders and resolve issues before handover.
- Work with team to achieve store targets.
- Support colleagues and share product knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive team environment.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
- Ensure ethical handling of customers and insurance.

Requirements
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong sales and customer service skills - Good understanding of insurance & POS systems - Ability to read prescriptions and ensure dispensing accuracy - Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets - Team player with accountability and positive attitude - Basic knowledge of inventory handling and stock control
Experience
2–5 years in optical retail Education: Diploma / Bachelor in Optics or related field
Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and Arabic.
Licenses / Certifications: SCFHS
