Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales professional with strong market knowledge and established relationships with dealers and distributors in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in driving retail sales and developing dealer/distributor networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage dealer and distributor relationships across the assigned market.
• Drive retail sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Develop new dealers/distributors and expand market coverage.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and market potential.
• Coordinate with dealers/distributors for product availability, pricing and sales support.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Retail Sales / Channel Sales.
• Strong network and established relationships with dealers and distributors.
• Experience in Construction Chemicals building materials.
• Strong understanding of UAE retail/channel market.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
• UAE market experience will be an advantage.
