Job Description:
Customer Relationship Management
Responsible for developing Ultra Lighting Technology's position and customer base in the market
Ensure the development of customer relationships, profitability, customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.
Approve and follow up on customer plans for strategic and core plans in his field
Identify and build relationships with key decision makers, potential new targets and influencers
Sales
Responsible for leading the sales process
Responsible for ensuring results (orders, contracts, profitability and market price development)
Set sales targets according to market potential.
Ensure sales results from his team in the short and long term
Ensure correct value propositions from his team
Implement and advise on pricing guidelines for his territory
Approve bids and requests that exceed sales representatives limits
Use global processes and tools to achieve local benefit
Leadership / People Management
Lead and train the sales team and manage team performance
Ensure adequate resources to achieve short and long term goals
Develop the competencies of the sales team
Select / appoint local team members to manage strategic / core 1 customer relationships
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of sales experience
- Background in lighting is an added advantage
- Good Excel and CRM skills are a must
- Passion for sales, proven track record and strong customer focus
- Excellent English, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Legal and business skills
