About the Role: We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and results-driven Sales Promoter to be the face of ARAC's skincare and wellness brand within our partner retail stores. You will engage directly with customers, sharing your passion for our products through live demonstrations and expert advice. Your primary goal is to drive sales and create a memorable brand experience that turns shoppers into loyal customers.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Welcome and engage customers in-store to introduce them to our product line.
- Clearly explain product benefits, key ingredients, and proper usage to drive interest and sales.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and provide basic skin consultations.
- Assist customers in selecting the ideal products for their specific skincare and wellness needs.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing brand counter or display area.
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory needs to your supervisor to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Gather and report valuable customer feedback to the marketing and sales teams.
- Foster positive relationships with partner store staff to ensure smooth operations.
What You'll Bring (Qualifications):
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, persuasive personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A strong interest in the beauty, skincare, or wellness industry.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of experience as a Sales Promoter, Beauty Advisor, or Retail Sales Associate, particularly in skincare or cosmetics.
- Demonstrable knowledge of skincare principles and ingredients.
- A certification or formal training in beauty therapy or cosmetics
