Role Description

We're Hiring: Sales Promoter – LUZORA RESIDENCES (Lobby Stand)

Location: LUZORA RESIDENCES, Dubai Islands (on-site)

Job type: Full-time

Salary: AED 6,000 per month

DIA DEVELOPMENTS is looking for a confident and presentable Sales Promoter to represent our project, LUZORA RESIDENCES, at our promotional stand in the building lobby.

Key Responsibilities:

* Welcome visitors in the lobby and present the LUZORA RESIDENCES project, its units, and payment plans

* Capture client details accurately in our CRM system

* Follow up with prospects and schedule viewings and meetings with the sales team

* Arrange a minimum of 30 qualified viewings per month

* Keep the lobby stand clean, organized, and professional at all times

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a promoter, in real estate, or in customer-facing sales

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Ability to stand for long periods and work independently

* Availability to work weekends and public holidays

* Results-driven with a strong customer service mindset

Preferred:

* Bachelor's degree

* At least 1 year of experience in Dubai real estate

* Additional languages (Russian, Arabic, Chinese, or others) are a plus
