Elaris Beauty Salon, located in Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking a confident, well-presented, and highly motivated Promoter & Marketing Representative to actively promote our brand and drive client acquisition through on-ground marketing initiatives.
This role is ideal for an outgoing professional with strong communication and negotiation skills who enjoys building relationships, creating partnerships, and representing a premium beauty brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Elaris Beauty Salon at high-traffic locations and partner venues
- Establish and negotiate promotional collaborations with valet parking services, residential towers, offices, gyms, cafs, and nearby businesses
- Distribute promotional materials and generate client traffic to the salon
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners to drive ongoing referrals
- Represent the brand professionally in all face-to-face interactions
- Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, including flyer distribution and local collaborations
- Collect market feedback, track leads, and report performance to management
- Work independently and take full ownership of promotional activities and targets
Requirements
- Well-groomed, professional, and presentable appearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident, friendly, and relationship-oriented personality
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Prior experience in promotion, marketing, sales, beauty, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Ability to work in Business Bay and surrounding areas
