Key Responsibilities:
- Sell plots, apartments, and freehold properties to clients across Sharjah and Ajman.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present property offerings professionally and conduct property viewings.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Stay updated onmarket trendsand competitor activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and ensure compliance with UAE property regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum13 years of UAE real estate sales experience(plots, apartments, or brokerage).
- ValidUAE driving licenseis mandatory.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Comfortable working in amulti-cultural team environment.
