Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales professional based in New Cairo. The responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves conducting property tours, handling negotiations, maintaining client satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the Sales professional will participate in training sessions and collaborate closely with the team to develop and implement sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, including the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management, demonstrating the ability to meet or exceed targets and manage client accounts efficiently.
  • Knowledge of Training and developing strategies to improve sales performance and support team growth.
  • Proven ability to build relationships in the real estate sector; familiarity with the New Cairo market is a plus.
  • Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
