Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide helpful product assistance.
- Learn ANTA products and explain features clearly to customers.
- Achieve personal sales targets and support overall store performance.
- Handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-stocked according to VM standards.
- Support training of new team members and set a good example in service.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues when needed.
- Assist with stock checks, receiving goods, and inventory tasks.
- Work with the team to maintain a safe, friendly, and professional store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of retail sales experience (sportswear/footwear/apparel preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and understand basic retail KPIs.
- Team player, proactive, and willing to support store needs.
- Good English communication; able to learn new products and systems quickly.
