A global technology solutions provider is looking for a Sales & Renewals Coordinator to join the team and support managing renewals, strengthening client relationships, and driving retention across an existing customer base.

Your New Role

  • Manage the administrative side of the renewal cycle and ensure timely, highrate renewals.
  • Track upcoming renewals and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Handle customer enquiries regarding billing, contracts, and renewal terms.
  • Prepare renewal forecasts and report on renewal performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer success, and product teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product features and communicate updates to clients.

Requirements

  • Experience in renewals, sales coordination, or account support, ideally within tech or SaaS.
