Job Description:

The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the automotive sector by offering vehicles and related services, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role works directly with the sales and marketing team to ensure sales targets are achieved and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and target new customers in the automotive market

-Build and maintain strong customer relationships

-Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors

-Coordinate with marketing and service teams to ensure smooth operations

-Follow up on customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally

-Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities

-Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally

-Commit to achieving monthly sales targets according to the approved sales plan

Qualifications & Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field (preferred)

-Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector

-Strong knowledge of the automotive market and trends

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

-Customer-focused with a proactive approach

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team

-Valid driving license
