Sales Representative
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new customers in the logistics, transportation, and supply chain market
- Promote and sell logistics solutions including transportation, fleet, warehousing, and distribution services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors
- Coordinate with operations and fleet teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery or service issues with clients
- Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and sales activities
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Commit to achieving the monthly sales targets according to the approved sales plan
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or any related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, transportation, or supply chain services
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi logistics and transportation market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build long-term client relationships
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
- Valid driving license
