Role Description :

The Sales Representative – PVT sector is responsible for selling the company's assigned product portfolio, building trusted relationships with pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other approved Private healthcare customers, and achieving territory sales and market-growth objectives in compliance with company policies and applicable industry requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sell Al Mojil assigned product portfolio to pharmacies, hospitals, clinics, and other approved healthcare customers.

· Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

· Build and maintain professional relationships with key accounts through regular, well-planned visits.

· Identify new business opportunities, expand account coverage, and support product availability within the assigned territory.

· Monitor competitor activity, customer needs, market trends, and product performance, and provide timely field feedback to management.

· Maintain accurate customer records & sales forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Must have a Bachelor's degree.

· Minimum of two years of pharmaceutical sales experience.

· Strong understanding of consultative selling, territory management, and customer relationship development.

· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.

· Strong organizational, planning and time-management skills.

· Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently in the field.

· Fluency in Arabic and English.

· Valid Kuwait driving license and car.

· Valid transferable Kuwait residency.
