Beauty Product Experience is not required, Candidates must have B2B sales experience in any industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ability to learn about the beauty product brands that we carry.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek our new sales opportunities though cold calling, constant client Salon visits, networking & social media
- Set up meeting with potential clients to convert to sales as new clients which is always to case To get new clients
- Demonstrate products to clients, and application techniques to drive sales.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Provide weekly report of your market visits per client to create frequent reviews of sales and collection to evaluate your performance with your direct manager and keep boosting the sales and get new clients and upgrade existing clients products purchases.
- Negotiate / Close deals
- Collaborate with direct manager constantly to achieve better results and get guided to what matters in sales
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with your direct manager
- Maintaining the current records of sales and achieve your monthly Target
- Negotiate agreements / Offers with your direct manager to design for your clients
Competencies:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Sales
- Sales Experience B2B sales, beauty product or any related product is a plus
- Moderate Computer applications knowledge
