Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Representative role based in Alexandria, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying client needs, presenting tailored insurance products, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly and annual sales goals. Additional duties include following up on leads, negotiating contracts, providing product information, and working closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Strong sales, marketing, and client acquisition skills, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of insurance products and services, with the willingness to learn more
  • Ability to maintain organized records and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other related sales tools
  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous sales experience in the insurance or financial sectors is an advantage
