Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Cairo, Egypt. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying customer needs, building strong client relationships, explaining and recommending insurance solutions, and generating sales. Other responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining an updated knowledge of product offerings, and providing top-tier service to clients to support their financial security and well-being.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to establish relationships with clients
- Customer service and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively
- Proficiency in sales software tools and CRM systems
- Proactive and goal-oriented attitude, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Prior experience in insurance or financial services is an advantage
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English would be highly beneficial
