DAHAB ZAMAN FOR GOLD TRADING is expanding its Sales Team and looking for high-performing Sales Representatives to join our Fifth Settlement Branch – New Cairo.

We are looking for ambitious, target-driven professionals who can build strong customer relationships, understand customer needs, and convert opportunities into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable gold products.
• Handle the complete sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
• Conduct professional follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales data through CRM.
• Deliver a premium and professional customer experience.
• Stay updated on gold prices, products, and market movements.
• Contribute to customer acquisition and repeat business.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales.
• Experience in Investment Sales, Real Estate, Banking, Financial Services, Luxury Retail, or Gold is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and presentation skills.
• Good command of English.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
• Presentable, energetic, disciplined, and commercially minded.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
