What we will achieve together :
- We will strengthen our presence in the traditional trade market by developing strong partnerships with traders and enhancing product availability.
- You will help drive sales growth by ensuring proper stock levels, improving product displays, and identifying new business opportunities
- By managing your route efficiently and maintaining strong communication with shop owners, we will strengthen our brand position and achieve our sales targets
Experience: Demonstrated experience in sales, with a strong background in Small Domestic Appliances, Cookware, and the traditional trade sector.
- Job Requirement & Competencies
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Required)
Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities to influence shop owners to increase stock levels and optimize product displays.
Physical Stamina: Capable of driving for extended periods, visiting multiple outlets daily, and effectively managing stock distribution.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to plan and manage daily routes efficiently to maximize coverage and productivity.
Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
English Proficiency: Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
