Role Overview
ISA Bullion is a Dubai-based physical gold trading platform serving serious investors across the UAE and internationally. We are hiring a Senior Client Relationship Manager to convert high-intent inbound enquiries into long-term client relationships.
This role is designed for a commercially driven sales professional who can close confidently, explain investment products clearly, and retain clients beyond the first transaction. You will own the relationship end-to-end, acting as a trusted point of contact for repeat trades and long-term engagement.
This is not a cold-calling role. Conversations are advisory, high-quality, and trust-based.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound investor enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Qualify prospects and confidently close clients
- Clearly explain ISA Bullion's gold trading model, pricing and storage
- Onboard clients and manage the relationship post-conversion
- Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing support
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-up strategies
- Collaborate with trading, operations, and marketing teams
- Contribute commercially valuable input to messaging, funnels, and sales processes

Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Bachelor's degree (required)
- 3+ years experience in sales, relationship management, or financial services
- Proven ability to close and manage high-value client relationships
- Strong phone presence and persuasive communication style
- High level of organisation and commercial awareness
- Based in Dubai and available for a full-time, on-site role
Technical & Commercial Skills
- CRM systems and client pipelines
- WhatsApp Business and professional client communication
- Canva (basic sales/marketing visuals)
- SEO fundamentals and content optimisation
- Familiarity with WordPress or CMS platforms is a plus
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly salary: AED 6,500 – 7,500 (dependent on experience)
