Job Description / Responsibility
- Maintain Customer Relationships
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Receive customer orders and coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, or operations team for timely delivery.
- Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection according to company policies.
- Keep track of competitors, market conditions, pricing, and customer preferences.
- Maintain Sales Records
- Update customer information, sales activities, and reports using CRM software or company systems.
- Work closely with marketing, customer service, finance, and logistics departments to ensure smooth operations
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor/Honors
- Skills Required: Sales & Marketing, Conversation, Communication and interpersonal skill
