Area Sales Manager & Sales Representatives

Nafeza Group, a specialized company providing integrated UPVC & aluminum window, door, and facade solutions for major real estate projects across Egypt.

Open Positions

A total of 5 positions are available across the following regions:

• 2 Sales Representatives – Cairo

• 1 Sales Representative – Central Delta (must be based in Mansoura, Damietta, or Tanta)

• 1 Area Sales Manager – Red Sea

• 1 Sales Representative – Upper Egypt, with around 2 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Continuously identify sales opportunities in major real estate projects and expand the customer base.

• Build strong relationships with construction companies, real estate developers, and engineering consultancy offices.

• Follow up on project stages from specification through execution while maintaining customer satisfaction.

• Represent the company in meetings and tenders and provide technical support to clients.

• Achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities within the assigned territory

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in finishes, facades, construction products, or related fields.

• For the Area Sales Manager – Red Sea: relevant experience in sales management, business development, and territory management.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

• Own a car.

• Candidates must be residents of the specified region/governorate.
