Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, managing customer accounts, and maintaining relationships with clients. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in achieving targets and business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in delivering training sessions and supporting team development
  • Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in English is must
  • Capability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Relevant work experience in sales or a related field is preferred
