About The Role

We're looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial professional to lead client prospecting efforts. This commission-only role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and connecting businesses with furniture solutions that transform their spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients across industries such as offices, schools, healthcare, coworking spaces, and hospitality.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects through research, outreach, and networking.
  • Initiate conversations that highlight the value of sustainable, functional, and design-led furniture solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover from prospecting to closing.
  • Track and report prospecting activities, ensuring consistent follow-through and relationship-building.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to connect with clients in a warm yet professional manner.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
  • Resilient, resourceful, and proactive in finding new opportunities.
  • Experience in prospecting or sales (preferably in furniture, interiors, or related industries) is a plus, but not required.
  • Must have the ability and willingness to travel without restrictions.
