Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative (Retail) to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, expanding our retail customer base, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with retail customers.
- Identify and acquire new customers within the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Promote the company's products and execute sales plans.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales, FMCG, or Food & Beverage.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Good command of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
- Ability to work full-time from Cairo.
