Position Summary:
Manage total Ruminant portfolio in selected key accounts, to achieve our financial objective.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage total Zoetis portfolio in selected territories.
- Grow existing or develop new business to meet or exceed sales targets in the assigned territories.
- Develop and grow relationships with key customers/accounts through technical, commercial knowledge, relationships and selling skills.
- Work to create innovative commercial value propositions to drive desired demand generation.
- Work to identify potential new clients and business opportunities.
- Record, analyze, report, and administer according to systems and requirements.
- Meet the company standards in achieving key customer account plans and maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate and secure the availability of promoted products, check, and ensure proper inventories and the timely ordering of products.
- Present and gain orders of the value-added commercial initiatives and programs.
- Gather feedback and present corresponding Zoetis solutions to customer needs.
- Spot emerging trends (customer, competitor information, and value proposition insights) and communicate to the sales and marketing management.
- Report appropriate feedback and competitive information from customers to management for strategy adaptation.
- Detail Zoetis products key features to the decision makers in key accounts.
- Meet all administrative and compliance expectations of Zoetis.
Desired Skills and Experience
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in veterinary medicine.
1 years of relevant experience (multinational company experience is preferable).
Good analytical, sales, negotiation, communication, and computer skills.
Ability to demonstrate competence in influencing a broad range of stakeholders through credible, clear, and logical communication.
Achievement and results orientated.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Ethics and integrity, awareness of compliance requirements.
Self-confident; team player with positive attitude.
Good command of English both written and verbally.
Resident of Dakahlia or Damietta is a must.
