JOB PROFILE / MISSION
Collaborate with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, promote the sale of company products, and provide effective sales support.
BRIEF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES
- Sell company products and services.
- Gather customer and product information to identify customer needs.
- Collect and analyze market information.
- Deliver promotional presentations to current and prospective customers under the supervision of the Head of Sales.
- Inform customers about upcoming product developments and special promotions.
- Advise customers on the proper use of products and services.
- Recommend suitable products and services based on customer requirements.
- Record sales and order information and submit reports to the supervisor on a daily basis.
REQUIREMENTS NEEDED FOR THE POSITION
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in Building Materials or Ready-Mix Concrete.
- Good command of English.

- Negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong client relationship-building skills.
- Key account management.
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems.
- Business presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
