Job Summary :
The Sales Representive will play a critical role in optimising sales processes, managing CRM systems, and providing data-driven insights to enhance sales performance. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, expertise in sales tools (e.g., CRM, ERP), and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Sales Process & Systems Management:
- Maintain and optimize the CRM (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) to ensure accurate sales data, pipeline tracking, and reporting.
- Automate and streamline sales workflows to improve efficiency.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Generate and analyze sales performance reports (e.g., pipeline, conversion rates, forecasting).
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales strategies.
- Prepare dashboards and presentations for leadership.
Sales Support & Enablement:
- Assist in technical and financial proposal and quotation, territory planning, and commission tracking.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align on lead generation and conversion metrics.
- Support contract management and sales documentation processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with Finance, IT, and Operations to ensure seamless sales operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to sales tools and integrations.
Inside Sales and lead generation:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound lead generation.
- Engage with prospects to understand their security challenges and needs, and effectively communicate the value of our security solutions.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our security products and services to confidently discuss them with potential clients.
- Work closely with the regional sales manager to execute sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers across the region.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and accurate information on our products and services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, trends, and competitive landscape in the security solutions sector.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams on customer needs and market trends.
- Monitor industry developments and stay up-to-date with the latest security technologies and solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the crm system.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback for the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and strategies based on customer insights.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business informatics, Business, computer science, business, marketing, it, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in inside sales, sales operations or a similar role.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization (Power BI, Tableau).
- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably within the it or security solutions industry.
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required; proficiency in French is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using crm software (e.g., salesforce, hubspot) and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of the security solutions market, including cybersecurity, identity management, and access control.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment and understanding regional market dynamics.
- Previous experience in b2b sales role, particularly in technology or security solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
- A team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
