Key Responsibilities
- Make a database for all customers (construction projects , construction companies, landscaping companies and other nurseries.
- Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily sales plan.
- Make a yearly, monthly, weekly, daily reports.
- Daily visit report.
Achieve sales target.
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate leads and expand our client base.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements to effectively present and recommend our end-to-end solutions, from design concept to on-ground implementation and maintenance.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with our design, project, and maintenance teams to ensure a seamless client experience and successful project delivery.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role, preferably within the landscaping, horticulture, or construction industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
- Knowledge of landscaping, softscape, hardscape, or irrigation systems would be a significant advantage.
- Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly preferred.
- Candidate must be in Saudi Arabia.
