Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying potential clients and developing long-term business relationships. Day-to-day tasks include generating and following up on leads, understanding client needs, presenting insurance policies, and achieving sales targets. The role also includes providing exceptional customer care, maintaining client records, and staying updated on industry trends and products to ensure the delivery of optimal insurance solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to convert leads into clients.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with active listening and relationship-building expertise.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills to manage client requests efficiently.
• Familiarity with insurance products and the ability to articulate benefits clearly; previous experience in insurance sales is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A bachelor's degree .
