Job Description

Job Purpose

Working in close partnership with the Head of Sales, the role carries meaningful responsibility for shaping residential sales strategy, building the sales infrastructure from the ground up, and preparing all phases for a successful launch. Ultimately, the role is expected to contribute to achieving successful residential sales outcomes, establishing a strong sales foundation, and supporting the long-term commercial success and positioning of the destination.

Job-Specific Accountabilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development — Lead the design and documentation of the residential sales strategy for all phases, encompassing pricing frameworks in coordination with the BD team, sales sequencing, product positioning, and go-to-market approach.
  • Pre-Launch Infrastructure Build-Out — Establish the end-to-end sales infrastructure required for launch, including sales process design, buyer journey mapping (alongside CX), documentation frameworks, and launch-readiness milestones.
  • CRM Implementation — Co-own the scoping, configuration, and deployment of the CRM platform, ensuring it supports pipeline management, broker tracking, buyer profiling, and reporting requirements from day one of sales activity.
  • Broker Network Management — Develop and manage the curated broker framework, including selection criteria, onboarding, commission structures, performance standards, and ongoing relationship management across the approved broker panel.
  • WAFI Compliance Support & Off-Plan Readiness — Ensure all pre-sale and launch activities are structured in full compliance with REGA's WAFI regulatory framework in addition to all KSA laws and regulations, coordinating with legal and finance to meet registration, escrow, and disclosure obligations.
  • Pricing Committee Support — Provide analytical and strategic input to the Pricing Committee, including scenario modeling, absorption analysis, and recommendations on launch pricing, phasing, and incentive structures.
  • Sales Collateral & Channel Coordination — Oversee the development of sales tools, materials, and digital assets in coordination with marketing, ensuring consistency of messaging across all buyer-facing touchpoints and sales channels.
  • Buyer Targeting & Pipeline Development — Build and maintain a qualified prospect pipeline ahead of launch, drawing on buyer research insights to define target segments, engagement strategies, and conversion pathways for GCC and international audiences.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking — Establish and maintain a structured reporting cadence covering pipeline metrics, broker performance, market intelligence, and sales KPIs, providing the Head of Sales with timely, accurate decision-support data.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Real Estate and Property Management, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university.
  • Master's degree in any related field from a recognized and accredited university is preferred.

Experience

  • 10+ years of professional experience in Luxury Real Estate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Either with an established developer or a leading consultancy.
  • Experience in working with governing bodies and public/governmental entities in the KSA.
  • Experience of off plan sales & branded residences is a plus
