Sales Service Engineer - Electromechanical (Electric Motor & Generators)

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing electric motor overhauling opportunities in the Power Rental, Oil & Gas, Construction, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, Shipping & Marine Engineering, and Heavy Equipment Repairs. Using a consultative approach to service sales, the candidate will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with new and existing customers. The candidate must have sales experience related to rotating electrical equipment servicing

Role Description :

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Service Engineer – Electromechanical (Electric Motor & Generators), based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Sales Service Engineer will identify and develop new business opportunities, promote electromechanical repair and maintenance services, and manage the sales cycle from lead generation through closing. Day-to-day responsibilities include visiting customer sites, understanding technical requirements, preparing and presenting proposals, and coordinating with the technical team to ensure accurate solutions for motors, generators, transformers, and related equipment. The Sales Engineer will also track market trends, support pricing and quotation activities, and contribute to sales targets and revenue growth.

Responsibilities :

• Meet and exceed sales targets within the Marine Industry
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelors in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 4-5 years of sales experience in electric motor and generator services
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems and marketing tools
• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
• Should be confident in working independently
• Electromechanical service sales experience in MEP, Oil & Gas & Production sectors is also preferred.

• Valid UAE driving license (Mandatory)
