Position: Sales & Service Engineer (Saudi Arabia)

Location: Saudi Arabia (Jubail/ Dammam/ Riyadh/ Jeddah)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales & Service Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Electrical engineering with strong technical and field expertise. This role combines sales of EMSD products with predictive maintenance services, requiring both customer-facing skills and hands-on technical capability.

Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

· Promote and sell EMSD products to customers across industrial sectors such as Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Utilities and Manufacturing.

· Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and follow up on customer inquiries.

· Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations and client visits.

· Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.

· Prepare and submit quotations, proposals and technical documents.

· Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management.

Service & Technical Responsibilities:

· Conduct predictive maintenance services including Thermography, Vibration Analysis, and related diagnostics.

· Prepare service reports, findings and recommendations after each site visit.

· Support customers with troubleshooting, technical guidance and after-sales assistance.

· Coordinate with the service and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Maintain proper documentation and adherence to safety procedures during field activities.

Qualifications:

· Electrical Engineering qualification (Graduate or Diploma).

· 3–5 years of experience in Sales, Field Service or Predictive Maintenance roles.

· Hands-on experience in Thermography, Vibration Analysis or related predictive maintenance tools is preferred.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

· Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.

· Transferable Iqama, available for immediate transfer.

· Willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
