Role Overview

you will be responsible for executing the sales activities of the company in a designated area to achieve sales objectives of Booking and Revenue at desired levels of Gross Profit. And will also require to analyze sales statistics gathered over time to determine sales potential & requirements, and monitor the preferences of customers..

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategies to achieve department sales objectives:

Improve customer penetration in the market

Secure new contracts to increase AMC base.

Secure Coil replacement jobs

Secure repairs & retrofit/replacement jobs.

  • Meet individual sales targets assigned by Line of Business / Strategies.
  • Execute Sales Action Plans in line with the strategy set by the management.
  • Liaise with other company functions to ensure achievement of sales and service delivery objectives.
  • Follow up with customers on payments to ensure timely collection of outstanding & expired Bank Guarantees.
  • Carry-out Techno commercial negotiations with appropriate milestones as per Finance approval.
  • Actively liaise with finance and attend AR meetings.
  • Develop sales presentations and proposals.
  • Investigate lost sales and customer accounts
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures
  • Forecast annual, quarterly and monthly sales revenue
  • Generate timely sales reports
  • Conduct market research, competitor and customer analysis.
  • Gather market feedback to identify areas of improvement on both divisional and organizational level.
  • Develop promotional ideas and material
  • Cultivate effective business relationships with executive decision makers in key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited university.
  • Work Experience of minimum 3-4 years as a Sales Engineer HVAC Services & OEM Company, preferably worked with a HVAC / MEP maintenance company..

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Self-motivated and task oriented.
  • Problem solving, aware of executions of various type of works.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Experience in preparing reports, and good in documentation.
  • Risk Management and Data Analysis.
