Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Specialist role. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and effectively promoting the company's catering and facility management services. Responsibilities include maintaining excellent customer relationships, analyzing market trends, negotiating contracts, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.

What We're Looking For

• 3-5 Years of experience in catering or industrial services sales
• Demonstrated success in developing catering, camp, or industrial service accounts within Saudi Arabia
• Active professional exposureacross industrial sectors such as oil & gas, construction, EPC, labor camps, and government-linked projects
• Track record of securing long-term service contracts
• Experience leading commercial negotiations for catering and facility management agreements
• Ability to originate and progress opportunities
