This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist at the Alexandria Branches. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and assisting them with product selections. The role includes achieving sales goals, handling customer inquiries, maintaining organized product displays, and ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. The Sales Specialist will also support the team in executing sales strategies and participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
• Sales and Sales Management skills, including the ability to meet sales targets and promote brand offerings effectively
• Experience in providing Training to team members or an aptitude for learning and sharing knowledge
• A proactive, solution-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Prior experience in retail, homewear, or related sales roles is advantageous
• A diploma or higher degree in a relevant field is a plus
