Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Cairo. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with prospective clients, presenting and selling products and services, and developing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Daily responsibilities also include providing exceptional customer service, managing client accounts, offering product training, and maintaining accurate sales records. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust and deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Experience in Sales, including identifying prospects, pitching products, and closing deals, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Proficiency in Sales Management and Training to create and implement strategies while enhancing team capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic languages is highly beneficial.
