Role Description The Sales Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Sales Specialist will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders, and promote AMC's thermal and moisture protection solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting client meetings and site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to drive sales conversion. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to understand project requirements, delivering product presentations and basic training to clients, and maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The Sales Specialist will contribute to meeting regional sales targets and supporting AMC's market growth in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
• 5 years experience in KSA market, specifically Waterproofing & Epoxy coating.
• Having connections with the clients, Main contractors & material suppliers representatives related to the company scope (Waterproofing, thermal insulation & concrete protection) and be able to get leads.
• Candidates should possess proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to generate leads, close deals, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Candidates should possess Training capabilities to deliver product presentations and guide clients on solution benefits and usage.
• Candidates should have experience in B2B or construction-related sales; knowledge of thermal and moisture protection or building materials is an advantage.
• Candidates should demonstrate solid negotiation, presentation, and time management skills, with proficiency in basic MS Office tools.
• Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; fluency in English is required, and Arabic proficiency is beneficial.
• Candidates should be able to work on-site in Riyadh, travel locally for client visits, and operate independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
