Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh for a Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers to understand their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, meeting sales targets, conducting product demonstrations, and contributing to training and mentoring initiatives for the sales team. Collaboration with team members to deliver the best solutions and ensure client satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and provide a positive experience.
  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed revenue goals through strategic planning and execution.
  • Ability to lead and contribute to Training initiatives for developing team members competencies and driving collective success.
  • Proven track record in achieving set targets and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A background in the automotive industry or relevant experience in auto parts sales is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business
