Role / الوظيفة

We're looking for a driven, energetic, and athlete-focused Sales Executive to join our team on-site.

Someone who can convert leads into loyal clients, represent the ArmyVerse brand with confidence, and maintain high-level client relationships while achieving sales targets.

نبحث عن مسؤول/ة مبيعات طموح/ة، نشيط/ة، ويملك/تملك روح رياضية لتمثيل علامة ArmyVerse داخل المقر، وتحويل العملاء المحتملين إلى عملاء دائمين، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات بكفاءة واحترافية.

Key Responsibilities / المهام الأساسية

Lead Management & Conversion:

Handle incoming leads (calls, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins) and convert them into paying clients.

استقبال العملاء المحتملين (مكالمات – واتساب – سوشيال ميديا – حضور مباشر) وتحويلهم لاشتراكات فعلية.

Sales Targets & Performance:

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for nutrition programs and supplements.

تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات الشهرية لبرامج التغذية والمكملات.

Client Consultation & Needs Analysis:

Understand each client's goal (fat loss, muscle gain, performance improvement) and recommend the appropriate program or product.

فهم هدف العميل (خسارة دهون – زيادة عضل – تحسين أداء) وترشيح البرنامج أو المنتج الأنسب.

Brand Representation & Tone:

Maintain ARMY VERSE's energetic, motivational, and professional communication tone at all times.

الحفاظ على نبرة ARMY VERSE التحفيزية والطاقة الإيجابية في جميع أشكال التواصل.

Data Organization & CRM:

Accurately record all client interactions, payments, follow-ups, and notes inside the system (CRM / Excel).

تسجيل كل بيانات العملاء، المدفوعات، والمتابعات داخل النظام بدقة.

Follow-Up & Retention Strategy:

Follow up with potential clients daily.

Work on renewals and upselling existing clients.

المتابعة اليومية مع العملاء المحتملين، والعمل على تجديد الاشتراكات ورفع قيمة المبيعات.

Handling Objections & Complaints:

Address client concerns professionally and confidently to close sales and reduce complaints.

التعامل مع اعتراضات العملاء باحترافية لإتمام البيع وتقليل الشكاوى.

Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the nutrition, coaching, and media teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

التنسيق مع فريق التغذية والميديا لضمان انتقال العميل بسلاسة بعد الاشتراك.

Performance Reporting:

Submit daily & weekly sales reports including conversion rate, revenue, and follow-up status.

إعداد تقارير يومية وأسبوعية بالمبيعات ونسب التحويل والمتابعات.

Key Qualifications / المؤهلات المطلوبة

* Bachelor's degree (preferred).

* 2+ years of experience in sales (preferably fitness, wellness, or sports industry).

* Strong persuasion & negotiation skills.

* Excellent communication skills (Arabic & English).

* Experience with CRM systems and Excel.

* Target-driven personality with high energy and confidence.

* Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.

* Ability to start immediately.
